Patriots Day March (2021)

Every year, the Sudbury Companies of Militia and Minute celebrate its participation in the events on April 19, 1775. The Sudbury Companies of Militia and Minute marches on April 19, whether or not that is also Patriots Day. The companies first march through the town of Wayland, originally known as East Sudbury. They follow that up with a march from Sudbury center to the North Bridge in Concord at the Minuteman National Historic Park. They reassemble at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury where they change the flag at the front door from the King’s Colors to the Grand Union.
