Would you like to make a lasting impression at your next function? The Sudbury Companies of Militia and Minute will make your event more memorable.
What types of services have we provided? The Sudbury Companies of Militia and Minute have helped diverse groups. They have marched in parades, conducted drilling and firearm demonstrations, provided color at historical dedications and demonstrated 18th century encampment. For years, they have greeted visitors to the Wayside Inn on Sunday afternoons, standing at the door to guide visitors and guests of the inn. They often provide a musket salute to honor newly married couples. The Sudbury Companies of Militia and Minute have also participated as honor guards, firing their muskets as a final salute to recently departed individuals. Members have also appeared at schools to present a taste of colonial life around the time of the American Revolution, provided historical entertainment to 4-star generals, led guided tours, seated people at weddings, and appeared in movies and on television. Wherever you need a colorful Colonial presence, we are ready.
